All the terms and conditions written below are made by BOTOPI PVT LTD for purchasing the course “Learn Quick.” These terms and conditions have been framed in the buyer's interest so that there will be no dispute or difference of any kind between the company and the buyer in the future.

"Learn Quick" is a special course designed to make studies simple and interesting. Through this course, users can get an effective and fun learning experience.
These terms ensure a clear agreement between the buyer and the company and clarify the responsibilities of both parties. Before purchasing a course, please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully.
The following agreement is between BOTOPI PVT LTD, Office No. 46, Ground Floor, Sun & Moon Mall, Sector-5, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Sikar Road Rajasthan and you, the individual or entity accepting this agreement. By clicking "I Accept", you represent that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy, Compensation Plan, and other policies.

We request that you review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they represent a binding agreement between you and BOTOPI PVT LTD, and contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations.

Translation of agreement
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Compensation Plan and any other policies, will be translated into different languages. However, in case of any discrepancy between the English version and the translated versions, the Affiliate Agreement in English shall prevail as the final version.

Provide us with accurate and complete personal information for verification purposes. This information may include your name, contact details such as email address and phone number, username, government-issued ID, date of birth and other information collected during account registration, which is commonly known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Please note that by registering an account with us, you agree to provide us with the personal information required for identity verification purposes. You also confirm that all information provided by you is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Account Terms
Most activities on our Platform require an account, including purchasing and accessing content or participating in the rewards system. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are solely responsible for your account and any activity that occurs on it. This includes any damage or loss suffered by us or anyone else as a result of someone else using your account without your permission.

To ensure maximum security, you may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else's account. If you need access to another person's account, we must provide you with the necessary information to prove that you are the rightful owner of the account. Please note that in the event of the death of the user, their account will be transferred to their nominee.

You mustn't share your account login credentials with anyone else. If you suspect that someone else is using your account without your permission, or if you become aware of any other breach of security, please contact our support team immediately. We may request additional information from you to verify that you are the owner of the account.

Please note that students must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on LearnQuick and use our services. If you are under 18 years of age, but over the age required for consent to use online services, So we encourage you to invite a parent or guardian to set up an account and help you access the content that's appropriate for you.

If you wish to terminate your account at any time, please follow the steps outlined on our Platform. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about what happens when you terminate your account.
When you enrol in a course or other content provided by LearnQuick, whether free or paid, you are given a Login ID and Password to view the content through LearnQuick's platform. This Login ID and password is for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only and is non-transferable. You are not allowed to redistribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works of the content.

LearnQuick typically offers its students a one-year subscription upon enrolling in a course or other content and your Earn ID provides lifetime access. However, LearnQuick reserves the right to disable access to content at any time for legal or policy reasons. For example, if a course or content you have enrolled in is the subject of a copyright complaint or violates LearnQuick's trust and safety guidelines.

Please note that this lifetime access license does not apply to subscription plans or add-on features and services attached to the course or content. Instructors may decide at any time not to provide teaching assistance or question-and-answer services regarding the material. It is important to understand that lifetime access is only to your account, not the instructor.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you are unable to solve some problems in the course, you can contact our support staff.

1. Pricing Policy
Content prices on LearnQuick are determined based on the instructor's terms and our promotional policy. In some cases, the price of the content offered on the LearnQuick website may differ from the price offered on our mobile or TV applications due to the pricing systems of mobile platform providers and their policies on implementing sales and promotions.

We occasionally run promotions and sales for our content, during which certain content is available at discounted prices for a set period. The price of the content will be applicable at the time of completing your purchase (at the time of checkout). Any prices offered for special content may differ for registered and non-registered users as some of our promotions are only available to new users.

2. Payments
You agree to pay for your purchased Content, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other payment methods for those charges. LearnQuick cooperates with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods and keep your payment information secure. We may update your payment methods using information provided by our payment service providers.

3. Gifts and promotional codes
BOTOPI PVT LTD or our partners may offer gifts and promotional codes to students. Certain Codes may be redeemed for a gift or promotional credit applied to your LearnQuick account, which can be used to purchase eligible content on our Platform, subject to the terms and conditions included in your Code. Other codes can be redeemed directly for specific content. Gifts and promotional credits cannot be used for purchases in our mobile or TV applications.

These codes and credits, as well as any promotional value associated with them, may expire if not used within the specified period in your LearnQuick account. Gift and promotional codes offered by LearnQuick cannot be refunded for cash unless otherwise specified in the terms included with your code or as required by applicable law.

Please note the following terms that apply to your use of our services:

1. You must not use our services for any illegal activities. Your behaviour on our Platform must be per the applicable laws and regulations of your country.
2. As a student, you can use our services to ask questions of the instructors of your enrolled courses and post reviews of the content. However, you should not post or submit anything that is not yours.
3. If we receive any notice that your course or content violates any law or the rights of others, if we learn that your content or behaviour violates our trust and safety guidelines, or if we believe your content or behaviour is inappropriate, illegal, or objectionable, we may remove your content from our Platform. We comply with copyright laws and have an intellectual property policy.
4. We have the right to enforce these Terms and our Trust & Safety Guidelines. We may restrict or terminate your use of our Platform and Services without notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, we may delete your Account and Content, and we may prevent you from accessing our Services. Please note that your Content may remain available on our Platform even after your Account is terminated or suspended. We will not be liable to you or any third party for terminating your Account, removing your Content, or blocking your access to our Services.

LearnQuick’s Rights to Content You Post
The content you post as a student remains yours. By posting courses and other content, you give LearnQuick permission to reuse and share it but you do not lose any of your ownership rights to your content.
When you post content, comments, questions and reviews, and when you submit ideas and suggestions for new features or improvements to us, you authorize LearnQuick to use and share this content with anyone,
distribute it and promote it on any platform or in any media, and modify or edit it as we see fit.

In legalese, by submitting or posting content on or through the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute your content (including your name and image) in any media or distribution methods (existing or later developed). This includes making your Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals who partner with LearnQuick for syndication, broadcast, distribution or publication of content on other media, as well as using your Content for marketing purposes. You also waive any rights of privacy, publicity, or other rights of a similar nature applicable to all of these uses, to the extent permitted under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, power and authority necessary to authorize us to use any Content you submit. You also agree to all such uses of your Content, for which no compensation will be paid to you.

Our Platform operates on a model that does not involve reviewing or editing content for legal issues, and we cannot guarantee the legality of the content. We exercise no editorial control over the content available on our Platform and, as a result, cannot guarantee the reliability, legality, accuracy, or veracity of such content. You access the content at your own risk, and you should rely on any information provided by the instructor at your discretion.

Please be aware that by using our Services, you may be exposed to Content that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. LearnQuick has no obligation to prevent you from accessing such Content, and we have no liability for any access to or enrollment in a Course or other Content to the extent permitted by applicable law. This also applies to Content related to health, wellness, and physical exercise. By accessing such Content, you acknowledge the inherent risks and dangers associated with strenuous activities, and you voluntarily accept these risks, including the risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death. You are solely responsible for the choices you make before, during, and after accessing Content.

When interacting with an Instructor or Student, it is important to be cautious about the personal information you share. Although we limit the type of information Instructors request from Students, we cannot control what Students and Instructors do with the information they obtain from other Users on the Platform. For security reasons, you should avoid sharing your email address or any other personal information about yourself.
We do not employ or employ instructors, and we are not liable for any interactions between instructors and students. We are not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages of any kind arising from or relating to the conduct of instructors or students.

When using our Services, you may find links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or any other aspect of these third-party sites, including their collection of information about you. Please read their terms and conditions and privacy policies before using their services.

Learnquick’s Rights
All rights, titles and interest in the LearnQuick Platform and Services, including our website, our current or future applications, our APIs, databases and any content submitted or made available through our Services by our employees or partners are and will remain the exclusive property of LearnQuick and its licensors. Our Platform and Services are protected by copyright, trademark and foreign countries.

You are not entitled to use the LearnQuick name or the LearnQuick trademarks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments or suggestions you provide to LearnQuick or about the Services are entirely voluntary, and we shall be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation to you.

While accessing or using the LearnQuick Platform and Services, you may not:
- Access, tamper with or use non-public areas of the Platform (including content storage), LearnQuick’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of LearnQuick’s service providers.

By registering, accessing or using our services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with LearnQuick. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register, access or use any of our services.

If you are an instructor accepting these terms and using our services on behalf of a company, organisation, government or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to do so.
Any version of these Terms in a language other than English is provided for convenience only. You understand and agree that the English language will control if there is a dispute.

These Terms, including any agreements and policies linked to these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, that provision will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. The remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to enforce our rights under these Terms, even if we are late in exercising them or fail to exercise them in one instance. If we waive any of our rights in a particular instance, that does not mean that we waive our rights generally or in the future.

At LearnQuick, we may update these Terms from time to time to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices. This includes when we add new features. As such, we reserve the right to modify and/or change these Terms at any time and in our discretion. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you by prominent means, such as via an email notice sent to the email address provided in your account, or by posting a notice through our Services. Unless otherwise stated, modifications will become effective on the day they are posted. Your continued use of our Services after the changes become effective will indicate that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms will replace all previous Terms.

I certify that I fully accept all the terms and conditions of BOTOPI PVT LTD and I am purchasing this course with my full consciousness and free will. I also agree that if any kind of damage or loss occurs in the future, the company will not be responsible for it. Additionally, I also understand that under no circumstances will I be entitled to a refund after purchasing the course. I make it clear that my decision to purchase this course has not been taken under any pressure or influence of any kind.
